A very beautiful Belle Epoque boudoir decanter from Baccarat in the Rosaces Multiples pattern. Rosaces is mainly seen as part of a Toilettes suite of perfume bottles etc but this is the matching decanter which was probably intended for boudoir use and uses the pressed glass form that was typical of Baccarat dressing table pieces at the time. The pattern is to be seen in 1916 catalogue as shown. The decanter is in molded form and the pattern literally means multiple rosettes. Very Art Nouveau and very rare. Condition: Good for age, some expected wear and tear from a long life particularly to the neck entrance from stopper action.

***We are selling one of our barns for development. We need to clear it by March 2024, and it currently contains much crystal accumulated in the last twelve years and that we have perhaps never attempted to sell. Reasons for this vary…decanters without stoppers or carrying minor damage; wine glasses in 3s or 5s, part suites or simply sets that don’t fit on our main site – however beautiful. We have down-priced everything accordingly – we hope!
