A Silver Decanter by C J Vander of London and hallmarked Birmingham 1991. C J Vander are an eminent silversmith and although associated with London the Birmingham hallmark results from the crystal body and assembly being made in Stourbridge, possibly by Stuart. This is a highly attractive piece in virtually unused condition.
