A Centrepiece Fruit Bowl by Edinburgh & Leith. This is an outstanding piece and probably dates from the 1920s. E & L produced a pattern, seen here, that was almost identical to Stuart & Sons Victoria cut. Victoria is a highly elegant, uncluttered design with characteristic horizontal lines. This bowl is wide with a relatively shallow aspect, a magnificent globular stem and a cut foot. In lovely condition with no damage and few signs of wear even to the foot.
